About

I’m Abhishek Shukla — a Data Science Consultant based in India, originally from Haryana.

I graduated from IIT Roorkee in 2020 with a B.Tech in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, then pivoted into data science and AI. Over the past 5+ years I’ve worked at Fractal Analytics and now GobbleCube, building ML models and analytics solutions for CPG and Retail clients across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

My sweet spot is pricing, promotion analytics, and market mix modeling. Lately I’ve been deep into GenAI — RAG systems, agentic workflows, and LLM applications.

What I do

At GobbleCube — AI-powered retail analytics. Building the next generation of demand and forecasting tools.

Previously at Fractal Analytics (2020–2025) — Led the Demand & Forecasting vertical as the sole subject-matter expert. Built Bayesian OLS regression models across 350+ products for 24 retailers, delivered 60+ dashboards (Power BI, Excel, React), and managed cross-functional teams of analysts, data engineers, and software engineers.

What drives me

I’m fascinated by the intersection of structured thinking and creative problem-solving. I keep an Obsidian vault where I connect ideas across philosophy, data science, habits, and life — because the best insights tend to come from cross-pollinating different domains. This site is a window into it.
